Very well made solid table. Beautiful craftsmanship. Surprised there was no directions on putting it together, but my husband is handy and it worked out.

Whiskey Barrel with Chairs

I ordered a whiskey barrel pub table with chairs for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. It was shipped directly to their house in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the packaging was inadequate and several of the chairs sustained damage. My son contacted your company and provided photos to document the damage immediately. The response was nothing short of amazing with prompt communication, apologies, and shipment of supplies to repair the damage. The owner called personally to discuss the issue and indicated that if repairs did not fix the issue, new chairs would be shipped free of charge. The repairs worked to my son and daughter-in-law's satisfaction and they are very pleased with the table and chairs. In addition to satisfactory resolution of the issue, the company sent them an engraved barrel top to hang on their wall free of charge. In today's world of shoddy customer service, the company and its response have been a pleasant surprise. Not only an excellent product but great follow-up. Would recommend this product to anyone at anytime. Created a life-long customer and fan. John
