Rocoto Pepper Flakes

Same as my review for the Carolina Reaper flakes. It's fantastic for the price. I don't think it's as hot as claimed, had to use more than I anticipated. Also, I'm a real Scoville freak, the average person would probably think it's plenty hot for what it is. I'd other this again, or a similar product the peppers that have some kick but nowhere near the ones like habanero/ghost/reaper as an everyday substitute for ye olde fashioned black pepper.

This pepper has a great flavor, not extremely hot but the flavor profile makes up for it. Try it and it may be your go to pepper as well.
