Absolute disgraceful service. I made my purchase on Maleskin who 'promised' I will receive my order within 4 days. After 4 days of not receiving anything I emailed to ask where my order was. I was told they have been 'busy' and they will dispatch. When receiving half of my order after 4 days I asked where the other half is and asked for a tracking number to which they replied they don't have a tracking number but will find out where it is. Since they have not bothered to respond with an update. This is the 2nd time they have made the excuse that products not available and they are overwhelmed with orders during my 1st order a few months back. I understand small businesses being busy but they shouid atleast have the courteousy to email and let me know it will be late but they didn't. Very slow and incompetent business. You can buy their products on other reliable websites please don't waste your time on these.
