The only mindfulness journal with excercises
I love how every day there is a specific mindfulness exercise to do, not just a space to journal or answer standard questions. It really helps to focus and connect with oneself. The quality is amazing too.

Just not for me
The quality is definitely high end. I wish regular paper notebooks were as good. Only thing is I don’t like the way the stone paper reacts to writing. The pages are very soft…which is strange as you would think something made out of stone wouldn’t be soft.
