I like the product, but this time the two bottles I ordered were very very solid as far as the product goes. Normally it is a liquid, but not this time. Very cakey and solid/hard.

Never received but gave me a new one

I love this product, and after a mix-up with shipping, the company was gracious and sent me a new one. If you suffer from gut issues, this is a must in your fridge. It tastes great, too. Thank you, Kashaya Probiotics!
