The trampoline got here very fast. While i was putting it together i found the a single spring was missing out of 80 so one missing is not a big deal. I let them know and within an hour I got an email with a shipping confirmation for the spring. That is some of the best customer service I have ever seen. If you are on the fence about this trampoline just know that they truly stand behind thier product.
