I ordered a Texana Morcon Estilo Sinaloa 20X and the product was the same as images. When I placed order on phone the size wasnt correct and I sent them a message through email and whats app and they took care of the issue right away and responded to confirm in message with correct size in new updated receipt. I was able to get it in time for a special event. Thanks to Caballo Bronco and look forward to placing another order soon.

Disappointed.

The feathers on the side of the hat fell off, on the first day of wearing it, its upsetting that there is no warning saying it can break or even fall off and more so how as a customer receiving it was disappointing.
