Bad customer service

The tool itself is fine, make sure you have a burly drill! I ordered two drill bits, but only received one. After numerous attempts to call with no answer, I emailed and have yet to receive any response. At this point I don’t even want the other bit, i just want my money back.

Log lock XL, not too fast but still good

I bought this with a bunch of other tools from lumberjack and have to say it's well made and user friendly but the clamp system ( salmon ladder,allthread rod) is slow and cumbersome if you want to clamp logs quickly. That said it's better than the shop vise I was using and I like the 8" capacity.

Well Built

The 2-1/2"--8" log lock is much better constructed than it appears in the pictures. When the box arrived, I was very surprised at the weight. Upon opening, I found it to be of high quality, superior strength material. Looking forward to using all my Lumberjack tools!!!
