Scrunchie arrived in perfect condition, has a soft, smooth and silky texture to it. In terms of quality, the scrunchie is super strong, stretchy and durable, it holds my hair perfectly as I can wrap around 3 times. The sailor skinny scrunchie is just beyond beautifu!!! :)
