Highlighter Pencil (SKU 26074)- Set of 4 Vibrant Colors

These coloring pencils are amazing! I bought them a long time ago from precept ministries when Kay Arthur had the gift shop on the property in Chattanooga. I have used them to mark my Bible ever since! They do not bleed through and you can use the different colors for different meanings to catch your eye, or you can just use whatever color you prefer. But I love how it does not bleed through.
