It is well made and a reasonable price. People should know it will NOT sound as good as the advertisements. You will notice that several of the tones are nice, a few are OK, and others kind of klunky. However....rather than return it I decided to gift it to my grandson and his little friends who all LOVE playing with it! Now here's the interesting part; as we've had time to tap the drum often, we are noticing that it takes a very particular touch and a very nice tone emerges. So....take your time to develop just the right touch...it will get better and sound quite nice!

Everything about your Panda drum exudes high quality. The case the instrument itself, the form fit and function. It's a great looking instrument. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a great sounding high quality tongue drum.

My grandsons are 15 and 6, and we were able to play "Happy Birthday" the first time I brought it to their house, which was for a birthday party. Since then, I have picked out the notes for "Amazing Grace" and "Silent Night". Really easy. The boys like to compose their own tunes. Worth every penny!
