575 Hatch Red Chile Sauce

I used the red sauce with your pozole. It was supposed to be medium heat. I didn’t detect any heat. I used the pozole and seasonings and thought that maybe the seasonings were flat. I ended up throwing in about half a jar of enchilada sauce to liven up the sauce.

I was blown away about this product and the quality and flavor of the products I bought! Never had an opportunity to purchase chilies from the Hatch region and I am so glad I bought these products from this company. I found them on instagram and they are 100% legitimate so anybody who wants authentic hatch chilies from the region I suggest you purchase their products as I am. You cannot go wrong with Fresh Chilie Company! Get some!!! If you’re not satisfied I will refund your purchase and I don’t work for them but that is my “hill I will die on”! I like them all but the red one is my favorite so far. I've tried the Hot and medium green and they are great too. The red and green medium is my wife's favorite but there is something speacial about the red. Goes great with everything.
