Nest Dresser

Also a premium product. However, I’m not sure if it’s because my floors are slightly uneven, but I am having difficulty having each drawer partition to stack flush with one another. From the side, the partition lines aren’t as flush as I’d like, but that may be because my floors. Overall beautiful dresser, and the wood doesn’t have unpleasant odor like many other wood furniture offered by other brands. Bravo!

I ordered the entire bedroom set from Thuma because my family has had good experiences with the products. I expected the same. I placed the order on September 14. The shipping estimate was 7 to 10 days. It is now October 4, twenty days later, and the order still has not delivered completely. In that time I have sent more than 22 emails. Every reply has been some version of "Let me check with the team." No one has ever come back with an answer. Each time, I have had to write again just to receive that same response. To be clear, Thuma's customer service is responsive. What it is not is accountable. Every message passes my question to someone else, and that someone else never returns. I do not think this is what Thuma stands for in terms of professionalism and work ethic. After twenty days and 22 emails, I need a real answer rather than another handoff. Thanks.

Thuma furniture is the best furniture I've owned - beautiful design and superior craftmanship. I will never have to replace.
