Didn’t love the quality

Wanted a luxury shawl for a birthday gift. This seemed to fit the bill - £64 so not cheap. Arrived promptly but it just didn’t look or feel as I thought it would - not awful just not enough. Disappointed that there was no return form in the bag so I had to ask for one, you have to pay for returns (& they want tracked) so another £5 for that and 15 days to refund from receipt which is a bit shocking when we all know they can give you the money back same day.

Quality perfect but very green

Returned item, without any problem & choose alternative. Reason for return was it was very much a GREEN wrap with not much Duck Egg in evidence. Lovely product tho.
