Half-decent product, terrible customer service. I loved this bag, I used it every day. But not only did it break a month after regular usage, its poor design allowed it to quickly show wear and tear after not much use. The Velcro ripped up the fabric on the front and the bottom corners wore away after the first few days, exposing the interior structure. The handle completely broke off around a month after I bought this. I hadn't even finished paying it off. I contacted them numerous times regarding this, and they haven't done a single thing to help me. The bag is nice; it's cute, it's roomy, and it's practical. I also needed it after a surgery where I couldn't lift much weight. But I can't recommend getting it—most likely, it'll break and they won't do a thing about it. Such a shame. It's a very cute bag.

Gorgeous bag & excellent customer service

This is such a gorgeous bag! It’s not your typical rolling bag. This one turns heads, is spacious and rolls smoothly. My co-workers have already expressed interest in copying my bag (different color- Ofcourse!). I reached out to customer service with a small defect and they replaced my bag immediately! Wow! Quality products with excellent customer service. You just don’t find that anymore. This company has won my business for life.
