So far, so good, with any product like this I like to give it atleast 3 months, before I notice any solid changes, I have always struggled with low iron, and anything remarkcommended by drs or off the shelf have always then given me tummy issues. This product paired with the Iron+ C have had zero side effects which is such a positive for me, keen to hit the 3 month
