10/10 would buy from this website again. Shipping didnt take longer than expected. In fact, it arrived 2 days sooner than expected. Very well wrapped and secure as my item that I ordered was a shadow box with glass. It turned out amazing and im already telling my friends and Co workers. Expensive, yet at the end of the day for a customizable gift... WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

Wonderful piece! Beautifully made and I am so pleased!

Order process was easy. I added "extra notes" asking that they add the actual song title and artist under the "house", so it was easy to know, what song the lyrics were imprinted on the house, were from. I chose font style and location to place it and requested a image "proof" of the piece before they went further into production. Within a day of my order/request, I received an emailed image proof, and it was exactly as I requested. The final product was shipped within a couple days and tracking was provided for my order. I reached out to Customer Service more than once, asking questions and each and every time I received a quick response. Excellent customer service! Item was received within a timely manner and it arrived well packaged! The framed piece is wonderful!! Even better than the photo on the product page can capture. I LOVE it! Gave this to my husband for our 24th Anniversary and he loved it so much, he immediately hung it in our family room for all to enjoy!
