Received my order quickly and just replaced my first cartridge. Never had to replace a chip before, but the instructional video and tools provided made it actually quite easy, especially for someone like me not totally inclined to fix things. Working great now!

The ink works well. I just wish the video would have showed that it was the original cartridge that the chip needs to come off of before i broke the replacement one.

It is a little work, but well worth it. I saved $150!
