Black Stick Deodorant Case

There's no instructions at all about what to do with the refill, I didn't know ( as it's my first one) what time do and although I unscrewed the bottom the refill in the card wouldn't fit in, it was too narrow so I removed the card. After I asked Gemini who said I shouldn't remove the card but I had to ask the refill wouldn't fit. I find your design terrible and confusing. I only gave it 2 stars because TBF the scent is lovely

Brought for my husband and he loved the personalised case. He likes the fragrance of all the three that I brought. He is getting used to being a stick as he is so use to sprays Overall I think he is a very happy chappie
