Amazing. Quality of the jacket. But also the packaging and delivery. Unpacking was a great experience as the product was packed with car and even a hint of eau the toilette of some manly smell. Very nice. It was packed elegantly with a personal hand written card. Felt premium. Customer service was also amazing. Over never regretted ordering a size too small this much.
