Great antidote for sleepless nights

I often have difficult nodding off and usually wake several times in a night. With thoughts and worries going round and round in my head, sleep does not come easily. I tried reading my Kindle to neutralise the thoughts but it usually woke me up even more. My Block Blue Light glasses have made huge difference. Wearing them to read, I now find I drift off easily.
