Love my refreshing morning drink...

I love having this as a part of my morning routine its refreshing to drink and the first morning the taste was a surprise not unpleasant but a bit bitter like grapefruit but now I actually look forward to it each morning and find it delicious. I feel it has helped to curb my appetite as the few days Ive forgotten I have been hungry all day and it has also helped my stomach digestion issues which is a plus.

Curbs hunger

I think it did help me curb hunger when I have it in the morning, it made me feel full so I eat less. I think there isn’t significant drop in weight but it helps to maintain it I guess.
