We purchased the spray and when it didn't arrive I contacted them and they sent us a replacement order which arrived super quickly. We really love the spray and find it to be very effective.

Used it 3 days so far in the deep woods with waist high grasses and plants in the heart of tick country. Not a single tick so far. Smells great, too.

Had a hiccup with the order, but it got quickly resolved with some outstanding customer service. Love this company and I’ll definitely order from them again.
