Sparkly and worth the wait

I initially purchased the 7” length and it was too big. I exchanged it for the 6” and it was perfect. I had to wait a while for the exchange but it was worth it. The bracelet is sparkly, well made and looks fabulous. Customer service could be improved though. It would be nice to have a more personalized experience with a signature and a bit more care toward the customer.
