Amazing Customer Service!

I love the Eagle ray pattern and I am super happy to have the Hi-rise shorts to match my crop top. The shorts are good quality with good double stitches all around. They are super soft and don't become transparent when stretched over your body. But most importantly, I have to let everyone know that the customer service at Blue Adaptation is outstanding. I originally ordered some XSmall legging which turned out to be way too small. I based my sizing partly on the size chart, partly from other clothing I own (maybe a bit of denial as I get older and bigger!) and the fact that the Small were out of order at the time. I was so disappointed that the XS didn't fit but Jamie was very accommodating and helpful as we worked together to find a way to get me a product that worked. Although I was out of the US at the time, she accepted a delayed return and in the meantime, sent me over two different sizes of Shorts so I could select the right fit. I ended up picking the Large and returned everything else (unworn and still in original package, of course!) Bottom line, the product and the management of Blue Adaptation is amazing. Don't hesitate to contact them if you are unsure of your size, cause they are made small, but in the water, they made us all look like gracious mermaid!
