Wearing these has improved my Sleep Score

I tend to put on my NightFall glasses at the same time as my house lights go on. After about a week, I was seeing my 'Sleep Score' (on my Withings ScanWatch app) improve - can't be co-incidence! So impressed have I been that I've ordered another pair (this time with Varifocal lenses) to allow me to do everything I need to do around the house as the evenings draw in.
