Amazing Customer Service, Incredible Product but. . .

AMAZING customer service! Second to none. The DTFs turned out incredible too. The only thing I didn't care for is the feeling of being misled when they lead you to believe everything is Philadelphia based but somehow my DTFs came from the west coast. Shipping was also slower than desired with few, if any, options available to me.

So far Ninja Transfers has been super easy to work with and the products seem to be pretty great. learning how to order and get the best quality for you design takes some trial and error but the cashback, the ease of ordering and the quality seems to be pretty great im glad i found this company.

We had a printing glitch that left us with a bunch of unwanted tshirts. We ordered the transfers to jazz up the tshirts and they sold so well. We ended up running out to buy blanks duriing our event to print more on site! So not only did we not have a bunch of unusable product, we were able to do some fun custom pieces. Thank you!
