Weak Motor doesn’t cut beard, don’t recommend

Was looking for a cordless option to trim down a 2 to 3 week old beard so I can shave it off and bought this because of all the hype; light weight, high RPM, fancy blade, heavy hair removal, super long battery life, and nice sale. At the end of the day it cut through, or rather failed to cut through my beard worse than my 7 year old $25 Walmart Wahl special. All the RPM’s do is produce heat. I did some math on the motor specs and best I can figure from the electrical plate is the motor has about 3.6A of power which is about a 1/3 if what I have in the corded model. I went back and looked at other cordless models and based on their electrical specs they produce the same amount or more power than my corded Wahl. I sent a note that I wasn’t happy all I got back was a question asking if I tried tightening the blades on my new $250 clipper. If you have some loose neck hairs on the back of your neck this is the trimmer for you!
