Beautiful bag but already a malfunction in construction. Used it this weekend for the 1st time on a Business trip and the shoulder strap broke by the end at the clip. Ot pull right out of the strap while the clip stayed connected to the ring. I was able to push it back in but it immediately came out again as soon as I lifted the bag.
Are you able to expedite a new shoulder strap to me? I have another business trip this Friday for a week and planned on using the bag. Thank you - Andrew

Love this bag! It fits perfectly under the airplane seat and holds so much more than you’d expect. Perfect for short business trips, and I get compliments on it all the time. Highly recommend!

I returned the bag. Seemed like a great product however for me it wasn't the right fit.
My hope was to make the bag my everyday bag and then also use when I take short trips. Without having to take an additional bag. The size was something that I could have lived with. Not perfect but workable. My biggest issue with the bag was lack of internal pockets/storage for small items. Cords, chargers and all my everyday carry items.
I tried to make it work but it just didn't work for me.
