Not what I expected from a tea, but still good and especially after dinner
I thought this was going to have some chocolate along with some spice, but no, I just tasted chocolate, and it was jarring for my first sip because I don't expect tea to taste sweet. The ingredients contain turmeric, which should have a spiced flavor, but I didn't taste it and I wish this tea had at least one other taste. That being said, this tea is still good, especially after dinner as a dessert tea and it can actually satisfy your sweet tooth without you needing to eat a calorie-packed dessert, as long as you don't expect it to taste THAT sweet and this is still a tea after all, but it's not subtle and its flavor is quite noticeable. Maybe it can help you lose weight, though that statement is most certainly not endorsed by the FDA, but regardless, if you like the taste of chocolate, you'll like this tea.

A cup of sunshine
The turmeric and cocoa are delicious together, and the ginger/pepper/fennel bring great notes as well. I love the fennel/anise flavor in this, but if you don't like that generally, it's definitely present here. Big fan!

Cozy like hot cocoa, but with its own unique flavor
This is my favorite tea here! I never used to like "chocolate-flavored" teas because the taste just didn't align with the texture my mind expected. However, this one changed my mind. I like a strong tea, so I let it brew a bit longer than recommended, and I like a sweet tea (southern girl here!) so I add some honey, and then a big splash of milk. The cocoa really comes through, but the other flavors chime in like notes in a musical chord, all coming together to form my favorite comfort-food tea. And being an herbal blend, I can drink it any time of day or night (and often do)!
