The perfect blend between earthy and fruity

This is one of the best teas I've ever had. I like earthy tastes, but earthy can become bitter if it's excessive or monotonous if there isn't anything special about it. I don't like fruity teas because I'd rather have earthy. This tea is the perfect blend of both, and the earthiness and fruitiness are perfectly balanced. Furthermore, they blend together so perfectly that you don't lose either one. If you like earthy, you still taste it and the specific kind of fruitiness here actually makes it more vibrant without hiding it or overpowering it. If you like fruity, you still get that too. This is where Plum Deluxe shines because their teas are hand blended and that's probably what enables them to get this perfect balance. I recently discovered the joy of green tea in the afternoon because it has some caffeine to keep me going, but not too much that I can't sleep at night. This has become one of my favorites!

I find it is delicate enough for evening (or anytime actually), but it tastes really nice just cold in the cup. I will brew some a bit stronger to put over ice. There is a sweetness, but not sweet if that makes sense, probably from the elderflowers and other ingredients in the blend. I even get a little soft peach/mango as it cools down.
