Golden Beach Towel

I just washed this towel once before using and half of the tassels uncurled and is now loose and tangled with the others. I tries to untangle them but it’s impossible. The return process is super long and I had to send so many emails to get my money back, not a very good customer service unfortunately. Also they only display 5 stars reviews on their website so I wonder how many bad reviews they really have on their products
