The rockstar of book dresses to dress up or down. It was an easy one to pair with a rich maroon wrap, purse and shoes for an elegant evening outing. Gold jewelry for accessories makes a nice touch, earrings, bracelets and belt. As an avid reader this one was a must have, but I could also say that about every Cherry Velvet dress I own. Not a fan of the print

Hazel is one of my favorite cuts, it’s modest enough for work with beautiful pleating and details that make it fun to go out in. This is my 3rd Hazel dress, and the spine tingler print was much less book-forward than I expected. It’s more of a magic potion dress with a few books. The print is also really busy and takes away from the sharp design details in the dress.
