Shipping my paddle became a challenge for USPS but this company acted quickly and professionally. Not only did they contact me by email but!! Also reached out to me by phone noting the tracking shows my paddle was lost in the state of WA so they immediately sent me another paddle that same day. We’ll done! I played today for the first time with my new Rogue hybrid racket and love it! The grip is a perfect dimension for my hand and the light weight of the paddle has strengthened my game. Thank you! Nice paddle

I’ve only used my new paddle for a few days so still getting use to the feel and weight of the paddle. So far handles well and nice carbon surface for spins etc. The 4 stars is only because still too new to rate
