Birthday King Party Hat Card

Never too old to celebrate!

Bought this for a long time special friend. He grew up never having his birthday celebrated as a child, as many years were spent away from his parents in foster care. He LOVES to celebrate his birthday, even now into his 70s! He will very much enjoy the party hat card & the attention we shower on him when we gather to celebrate!
