Stealth Ultra Wireless Controller with Rapid Charge Dock

Really bad customer service. All you get is an automated AI response with no actual human support. The controller's battery does not charge past one bar and dies immediately. The app on both desktop and Xbox is buggy and has an extremely poor UX design. The RT and LT triggers stopped being responsive, and as soon as they worked again, the sticks stopped responding—despite me updating the firmware and hard resetting the device. This controller DOES NOT have a 30-hour battery life. Extremely deceptive advertising. It's been over a week, and I have yet to hear back about how to return it and receive a full refund.

I absolutely love this controller. From the screen on it, to the feel. It’s amazing. The only thing I would suggest a change to would be the start and View buttons. While they can be reached, they are positioned slightly awkwardly.

The phone app doesn't work great and I can't tell if it works. But you can do everything on the remote so it doesn't matter by what I can tell. It is nice I wish I could modify the peresing of the joysticks to a nother button but it's okay. The joysticks scares me the when I tried to change them to a button it made it spin one way and it took a minute to revert back. Otherwise it is a phenomenal controller looks and feel.
