Ordered x2 as Christmas presents. Absolutely delighted! Light output is excellent and speaker quality is superb for what it is. Two very happy teenagers ♥️☺️ Customer service experience was excellent. Upon first delivery attempt, the driver returned the parcel to sender as I was not in to receive it. I was contacted promptly by the customer service team to verify if I had sent the item back (to my surprise) and they sorted out the redelivery without hesitation at a time that was convenient to me. Happy happy happy

Excellent product and customer service!

I ordered this mirror and it unfortunately had issues turning on. However, the way customer service handled my concern was excellent. They sent me a new mirror straight away. I have now received my new mirror and I am in love with the product. The lighting is amazing, the Bluetooth is an added bonus and the charging ports are so handy! Overall I am extremely satisfied and happy with my product and my contact with the company. I also cannot believe how aesthetically pleasing their products are. It looks so luxurious and pretty. 🤩 Although my product was a little faulty in the beginning I could not fault the company or the product that now works.
