Complete Fail

I usually love all products from Necessaire. The unscented shampoo and conditioner, however, were a complete fail for me. The shampoo faded my color and left my hair feeling like straw after only one wash. The conditioner did nothing to reverse the straw-like feeling. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had trying a new shampoo and conditioner. I would give it zero stars if I could.

So clean I felt I needed the conditioner and was silky smooth.
