Great for in roofs because of the stretch, pockets for days and they're easy to access again because of the stretch. Water resistant but they don't soak like cotton, dry fast.

Comfortable and plenty of pockets but definitely not waterproof, living in Southland I was looking for some waterproof work pants that aren't heavy so gave these a try, they definitely don't stand up to the waterproof claim in a Southland shower.
