Regarding the company: I recently ordered two jars of the ground vanilla. They had an oversight and sent only one. I sent an email to them and Jaime responded immediately with a friendly response and a quick shipment. I couldn’t ask for better. A simple mistake, quickly resolved. I feel better dealing with such a company.
The product: Wow! What flavor! I’m dusting this on food I would never have thought to use vanilla with before, just to see how it tastes. So far, I’m quite delighted! The dry powdered form factor plus the rich aroma and even flavor make it a game changer over liquid extract. I predict I will be buying lots more in the future.
