Plank Firm Luxe

We are really enjoying our new mattress. we tried another brand first and sent it back. really like that it can flipped. my parents tried it during their visit and liked it so much they ordered one for themselves.

I am a bit concerned thus far with the performance of my mattress. It has been just over 2 weeks since I have been sleeping on your mattress and it feels like it is already starting to sag down in the middle where I usually sleep. When I first started using it, there was definitely a sort of "snap" going on with the firmness. It hardly felt like it had any type of give to it when I laid on it. Now, in the middle of the bed, I can feel a socket forming where my hips usually are. If I lay toward the edges, where I do not normally sleep, it feels like the first few days of using it. How I describe it is feels like it is "holding you up" on the surface of the mattress. The middle no longer feels like that. May I add, the mattress is also on the extra firm side. When buying it, I felt that it was nice to be able to flip it if one side was not firm enough, but I cant imagine that being an option now. And it is just me sleeping on it. This is based on the weight of one person. And I am not a big guy. Needless to say it is concerning and disappointing. I know we are approaching the 30-day return window, so I would like to know what my options are at this point if I decide I am unhappy with the mattress?

My wife has always preferred quite soft mattresses, but at the urging of her chiropractor, she knew it was time to switch to firm (which has long been my preference). I was surprised at her jump from a fluffy cloud to this very firm choice, but we have both loved it!! It took a week or so to really feel adjusted for me, but now we are both sleeping well and our musculoskeletal systems seem to be thanking us.
