Plank Firm Luxe

The mattress has been excellent. The only problem I had is with the delivery. I live in an apartment complex on the second floor. The box was delivered on the first floor at the opposite end of the building. I had to drag the box up a flight of stairs then drag it across the causeway to my apartment while it was raining. Since it was raining on a Sunday evening, I had not time to borrow a hand truck. I have no idea how or why anyone would think this type of delivery is acceptable.

Great mattress. we like both the firm and the extra firm sides. We are still flipping the mattress every two weeks trying to figure out which side we like better. The verdict is not out yet. Stated simply, we love this mattress a lot!

I really regret purchasing this bed and base. The massage on the base only vibrates my head or feet. I needed my back and hip massaged! The mattress feels uneven and uncomfortable. I can only use the zero gravity for short periods because my primary sleeping position is my stomach. The lift mechanism on the base is very loud so in the middle of the night when I need to change positions it is quite noisy and disruptive to the family.
