Rice 'N Grinds - Natural Hot Rice Cereal

Love thr taste and texture! Not a massive source of protein (3g per serving), but is great for carb intake, fuel and energy before a workout or to get your day started. The flavor is great and its pairs perfectly with protein powders, hemp/chia/flax seed, and can be topped woth anything you want! Will definitely try other flavors.

What a delicious way to start the day or get ready for a workout. This sits so well on my stomach, no bloat and it doesn't feel heavy. I enjoy the Coconut Creme but can't wait to explore other options. The plain sound like it might taste wonderful with my protein... kind of like a rice polenta. We'll see... I am excited to try!

The coconut flavor is amazing. It’s my favorite out of every brand of cream of rice out. So this will continue to be a staple in my meal plan. Highly recommend. Thank you!
