Is for Rice and Grinds to fuel me up! I love the cinnamon and brown sugar flavor and the maple waffle! Looking forward to trying apple pie! Very easy to cook and I mix with blueberries and protein powder. Seriously delicious and digests very easy to fuel my workouts and recovery.
