Rice 'N Grinds - Natural Hot Rice Cereal

Great flavor !

This is the second flavor I have tried ! The blueberry and brown sugar flavors are both delicious! I cook mine then add cooked egg whites to it . I usually eat this before heading to the gym ! Great addition to my routine !

Love thr taste and texture! Not a massive source of protein (3g per serving), but is great for carb intake, fuel and energy before a workout or to get your day started. The flavor is great and its pairs perfectly with protein powders, hemp/chia/flax seed, and can be topped woth anything you want! Will definitely try other flavors.
