I gave my granddaughter one of the Emergency Sleeping Bag to keep in her glove box, just in case. They went camping the May long weekend, and when they were driving back to the campsite, it started snowing and the temperature dropped. She had messaged us saying the car was warm but didn't know what the tent would be like, especially for the kids. By the time they got there, it had stopped snowing and the temperature had warmed up slightly. Fortunately, she didn't need to use it but she had it with her in the tent for the 2 children to use if they were cold. She said it is back in the glove box, ready for the next trip! We will let you know how it works out!

I ordered this item, for "just in case" reasons. Right now it is sitting in my glove box just "in case" it is indeed the size that is demonstrated in the video and fits just fine in my glove box. I DID take it out of the sinch sack just to see if it would go BACK IN as easily as it came out- no problems! It compresses right back into the compression sack. The piece of mind is invaluable- because you just never know what might happen and now I feel a bit more prepared.
