Finally! Comfortable pumps
Shoes are top notch quality. Very comfortable, took suggestion to wear a few hours at first. I had to size up half size, I don’t usually wear a 10 unless it’s running shoes but found the 9.5 too tight.

Bought Scarlett 75 Pump but exchanged for Scarlett 55 Pump instead
I have two different foot widths and I typically feel pain after a couple of hours wearing heels. Scarlett’s Chase shoe and customer service was a game changer. The service team was patient and sent me different sizes and heel heights. I ended up keeping the Scarlett 55 instead of the 75 after multiple back and forths.
Here I thought customer service was dead. The product and team behind Scarlett Chase renewed my spirit that brands really want a client relationship. I didn’t buy just one shoe. I now own 4 pairs.
