Staff at Nazrana were very friendly and respectful. We bought two Bandh Gala sets. The color was not available in the store and they arranged for us to pick it up from the warehouse few minutes away from their store. Mr Shashank at the warehouse provided excellent customer service and even after my purchase had some questions and he was very prompt, responsive and respectful. Great doing business with them, especially the main person we dealt with there, Shashank at their warehouse.
