Never using a binder again
This tape has changed my life it gives more effect like pecs even with a bigger chest and stays well for 3-5 days depending on the amount of activity you do while wearing love this stuff

Pretty good!
It was my first time using binding tape and I really struggled to get it to work and only partially got my desired result, this may be my fault due to inexperience and possibly having the wrong size tape. Overall, the tape works well and does it’s job any issues i’ve had are likely my fault. The skin on my chest also didn’t react well to the adhesive but my arm was fine so I’d recommend the test strip not on the arm but on the ribs
