Never received my item, it was stolen out of my porch after the company allowed Royal Mail to put my parcel in a safe place which I never gave permission for them do. Now they’ve refusing to send out another set of extensions asking me to wait 4 weeks after they’ve heard back from the dispute with Royal Mail and are still pursing payment from me for an item I’ve never received due to their error! Actually really upset because I’ve purchased 2 sets of extensions previously and love the hair but how they’ve handled this situation is shocking due to their error with their courier they use and they penalise the customer for it.
