Luxe Again!
Originally purchased the 21” version for my gf and she loved it so much I purchased the 26” version since her mid size luggage needed replacing. She loves this style with the rose gold colour.

Exceptional Customer Service from Miranda & Sonal
I can't actually comment on the Luxe 26" suitcase that I recently bought as it hasn't been put to the test yet. However, I have used Heys for a long time so have confidence in their products. I wish to use the opportunity to commend the incredible and exceptional customer service I received from both Miranda & Sonal. Their communications with me were cordial and super efficient. They're truly a credit to the company, a far cry from the automated service you often get these days.
