Really does work 5/5 stars
I generally wake up every 90mins when sleeping. I take 1 tablet with 1vit d tablet 30mins before sleeping - puts me asleep faster and keeps me asleep thought the night.
Used it 10x times, kept a record every night, has always worked every night.

Absolutely amazing.
This does help you to sleep, especially when u use a pre workout which u haven't fully used the energy up.
I only take 1 capsule when needed and works within 30mins, easy to consume, no dodgy taste.
Organic as well.
When use this, sleep throughout the night without waking up, when awaken no feel drained or even heavy head.
Will be buying more when finished, 10/10
